These Payment Terms & Conditions (“Payment Terms”) govern all monetary transactions with SkyFish.

This website and its services are operated by:

• SkyFish LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (USA)

• SkyFish Private Limited, a company incorporated in Delhi, India

The specific contracting entity will be identified in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement. These Payment Terms apply to the entity listed on your invoice.

By submitting payment through our website, payment gateway, bank transfer, UPI, Stripe, Razorpay, or any authorised payment method, you agree to the following:

1. Payment Obligations

• All invoices must be paid in full on or before the stated due date.

• Work will commence or continue only after cleared payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• For recurring retainers, hosting, SaaS, or subscription services, payment is due in advance of the applicable billing cycle.

• Failure to make timely payment may result in service suspension.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Depending on your jurisdiction, we may accept:

• Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets)

• Stripe or other international payment gateways

• Direct bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Wire transfer)

• Other authorised digital payment methods

We do not accept cash unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Taxes & Charges

• All payments are subject to applicable taxes (including GST in India or other statutory taxes where required).

• Clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank transfer fees, or gateway charges unless otherwise specified in writing.

• International payments may be subject to intermediary banking fees.

4. Recurring Payments & Auto-Debit Authorisation

By enrolling in a recurring service or enabling a payment mandate, you authorise SkyFish and its authorised payment processor to automatically debit the approved amount at the agreed frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually).

Mandate details, including billing amount and frequency, are presented at checkout or within your payment app.

You may cancel recurring payments at any time by:

• Cancelling the mandate through your payment provider (UPI app, Stripe, Razorpay, etc.), or

• Emailing billing@skyfish.dev

Cancellation requests are processed within three (3) business days.

Failed payments may be retried. Persistent payment failure may result in suspension or termination of services.

Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement:

• Payments for completed work are non-refundable.

• Subscription fees already billed for the current cycle are non-refundable.

• Custom development, third-party licenses, advertising spend, and activated hosting services are non-refundable.

6. Late Payments & Suspension

Payments not received by the due date may:

• Accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law), and/or

• Result in suspension of services, withholding of deliverables, or revocation of licences.

Services will resume once outstanding balances are cleared.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must contact billing@skyfish.dev before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating an unwarranted chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

• Immediate service suspension

• Recovery of administrative and dispute-related costs

• Legal recovery of outstanding dues

We reserve the right to provide documentation to payment processors to contest invalid disputes.

8. Security of Transactions

All online transactions are encrypted and processed securely by authorised third-party payment processors.

SkyFish does not store full credit card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment credentials.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The governing law will depend on the contracting entity listed in your agreement:

• Agreements with SkyFish LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

• Agreements with SkyFish Private Limited are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in New Delhi.
