Refund and Cancellation Policy

SkyFish strives to maintain transparent and fair billing practices. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to project-based services and recurring subscription plans.

This policy applies to services provided by:

  • SkyFish LLC (Colorado, USA)

  • SkyFish Private Limited (Delhi, India)

The contracting entity for your services will be specified in your agreement or invoice.

1. Project-Based Services

Cancellation Before Project Initiation

If a project is cancelled before work has formally commenced, you are eligible for a refund of any advance payment made, less any administrative or payment processing fees incurred.

Cancellation After Work Has Begun

If cancellation occurs after project work has started, refunds (if applicable) will be determined based on:

  • The scope of work completed

  • Resources allocated

  • Time invested

Any refund will reflect the value of work already performed.

Completed Deliverables

Once deliverables have been completed and shared with the client, payments made for those deliverables are non-refundable.

2. Subscription & Recurring Plans

Clients may cancel recurring services (including retainers, hosting, SaaS, or marketing plans) by:

  • Emailing support@skyfish.dev, or

  • Cancelling the recurring mandate through their payment provider (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, Stripe, etc.)

Cancellation requests are processed within three (3) business days.

Once cancellation is confirmed:

  • No future recurring charges will be processed.

  • Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

Fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable unless required by law.

3. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of the transaction.

  • Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once incurred:

  • Custom development or bespoke code

  • Creative assets (design, video, branding materials)

  • Domain registrations

  • Hosting fees already activated

  • Third-party software licenses or advertising credits purchased on your behalf

  • Transaction or payment processing fees
